We embed senior AI engineers inside your business, ship production systems in weeks, and price on milestones so our fees ride on your outcome. Built for teams that can't compromise on compliance or speed.
You've seen this before. Maybe more than once. Here's what usually kills them.
The original brief was clear. Eighteen months and three change requests later, the thing that was supposed to ship is still a slide deck.
A Big Four proposal arrives at six figures before anyone's written a line of code. Legal spends three months on the MSA. You're paying for risk aversion, not output.
A cheaper shop ships something that works in staging and falls over in production. Your compliance team rejects it. You're back to square one, minus a quarter.
Most of our competitors charge for time. We charge for outcomes, in three tranches. If we miss a milestone, we don't invoice it. Simple.
See a sample engagementEvery engagement runs through the same four stages. You know what's happening, when, and what comes next.
Workshops, data audits, and blunt conversations with the people who'd use the thing. No 80-slide decks.
Week 1 to 2Rapid prototype, in your environment, against your data. Reviewed with your team, not shown off.
Week 3 to 6Scalable architecture. Audit logging. Compliance sign-off built in. We integrate with what's already there.
Week 6 to 12Live, monitored, documented. Your team takes it from here, or we stay on retainer. Your choice.
Week 12+We work where compliance, speed, and operational realities matter most.
Financial services AI has to pass audit, not just unit tests. We've built systems for document processing, risk scoring, and fraud detection that hold up to regulatory scrutiny because that's how we scope them from day one.
iGaming runs on milliseconds and licences. We build AI that speeds up player operations (KYC, AML, player protection, personalisation) without putting the licence at risk. And we're close to the best AI startups in the sector through the ventures we back.
Content platforms live and die on what they let through and what they surface. We build moderation and recommendation systems that operate at platform scale, survive regulator scrutiny (DSA, Ofcom, national regulators), and actually work in the languages you operate in.
Regression suites are the first thing to go when deadlines slip and the last thing engineering wants to write. We build computer vision and LLM-driven test automation that doesn't require maintaining brittle selectors or chasing flaky tests.
Start small or go deep. All three use the same milestone-based pricing.
A focused four-week engagement to turn "we should do something with AI" into a scoped, costed, validated first project.
Ship a pilot that actually runs in production. Most popular engagement. Fixed scope, milestone pricing, deployed system at the end.
A monthly retainer that gives you embedded AI capability across multiple projects. Priority access to our engineers and our ventures.
Every engagement is led by a senior engineer with prior production AI experience. We do not staff juniors as primaries. If a junior is on a project, a senior is accountable for their output.
Default is hybrid. We work remotely day to day and spend anchor weeks on-site during Discovery and integration. On-site only is available for engagements where that's a compliance requirement.
IP terms are engagement-specific and agreed upfront. For most build engagements, you own the deliverables and we retain rights to our underlying methodology and internal frameworks. For co-developed products, retainer work, or Innovation Partnerships, the split may look different. Whatever we agree sits on page one of the engagement letter, not buried in a schedule.
We don't invoice it. If the prototype doesn't work, you don't pay the second tranche. We eat the cost. That's what milestone pricing means.
Two to four weeks from signed engagement letter, depending on team availability and your onboarding process. We do not overbook.
We don't build foundation models. We don't do pure strategy decks without a build. And we don't take on engagements where the outcome is "feel better about AI" rather than ship something measurable.
Thirty-minute discovery call. No deck. We'll tell you in plain English whether we're the right team for the job.
