Vertical integration platform

In regulated industries, integration is the bottleneck.

Every operator we worked with was stuck on the same step. Not strategy. Not procurement. Plumbing.

01

Vendor sprawl.

KYC, AML, fraud, moderation, identity, risk. Every compliance need has a specialist. Every specialist has a different API, docs, and contract.

02

Compliance overhead.

Every new vendor drags legal, procurement, and infosec through another review cycle. Months of lead time before a line of code gets written.

03

Time to live.

Your competitors ship. Players wait. Auditors ask questions. And the vendor you signed twelve months ago still isn't plugged in.

What OneHazel is

One integration. A network of specialist vendors. Built for operators who can't cut corners.

OneHazel is a vertical integration platform for iGaming, fintech, and healthcare. You plug in once. We handle everything underneath.

  • One contract. One compliance review.

Vendors onboard through us, not your legal team. You sign once and access the network.

  • Production-ready from day one.

Every vendor in the network has already been integrated, stress-tested, and verified against the compliance posture of the industries we serve.

  • Vertical, not horizontal.

Generic integration platforms don't understand iGaming licensing or fintech audit trails. OneHazel is built for the realities of the industries it serves.

  • Continuously current.

When a vendor updates, we absorb the change. Your integration doesn't move.

The number that matters
~10 mins vs 3 to 6 months

The difference between shipping now and shipping next quarter. The difference between operators that outrun their compliance calendars and those that don't.

Benchmarked against standard vendor integration cycles in iGaming and regulated fintech.

How it started

OneHazel wasn't pitched. It was earned.

Three client engagements. Three regulated industries. Different problems on the surface, but the same rock underneath.

Each operator was stuck doing the same slow, expensive integration work. Vendor selection. Legal review. API mapping. Compliance documentation. Retro-fitting for audit. Six months before the thing they bought actually did anything.

"When you're solving the same problem for the third client in a row, either you're charging for the same work twice, or you're supposed to be building a product. We chose to build a product."

That's how OneHazel started. Not from a pitch deck. From the pattern.

This is the studio model working as intended. Client work reveals the pattern. The pattern reveals the product. The product becomes the venture. The venture scales past any single engagement.

What's next

OneHazel is the first. Not the last.

The studio model compounds. Every engagement teaches us something. When the pattern shows up three times in three industries, we know what to build next.

There's already a second product in discovery. We're not announcing it yet. But if you want to be among the first to see it, join the list.
