Elevate AI was founded in 2025 out of a specific frustration. Regulated operators were being sold AI the wrong way. Big consultancies delivered decks. Offshore shops delivered prototypes that couldn't pass audit. And Silicon Valley vendors built for markets where compliance was an afterthought, not a first principle.
Malta was the right base for what we wanted to build. It is one of Europe's deepest iGaming ecosystems, a growing fintech hub, and has been building a reputation for digital innovation under MDIA and MITA. It is also small enough that the regulators, operators, and builders are all within walking distance. You can ship, learn, and iterate faster than in any major capital.
Within a year, we had three live engagements across three industries, a product in market (OneHazel), and a studio model that actually compounds. We are building the firm we wish had existed when we were the ones being pitched to.
